Exploration Rights No. T341200908020334 (Re- examined Yearly; Mining Rights Applied For), Map No. H50E013012 A detailed 1:2000 geological survey over 3.75 square km of the exploration area with 13,229.52 m of drilling across 83 holes, 1,784.70 cubic meters of trenching, and 2,245 fundamental sample analyses as well as other procedures. The survey revealed the following gold indicators: Cut-off grade: over 0.50 ppm Au; Industrial grade: over 1.0 ppm Au; Industrial ore with avg. grade over 1.1 ppm Au; the average grade of the industrial ore deposit: over 1.2 ppm Au.
The ore body (332) + (333) ranges from 0.79 – 8.89 meters thick (Avg. thickness 4.16 m) and in length from 400 to 580 meters. The rock's vertical thickness is 2 meters. The silver metal content totals 5,624 kg with the silver ore's average grade 3.97 ppm Ag. The delineated 3.25 square km gold exploration area (within the 7.68 square km total area) is bound by the following geographical coordinates: Longitude 116°49'16” – 116°50'43”, latitude 29°59'09” – 29°59'54”. The central geographic coordinates are as follows: Longitude 116°50'00”, latitude 29°59'32”. The envisioned gold mine has the potential to generate value of 720 million Yuan, have an expected mine life of 13 years, and provide hundreds of jobs upon completion, with good economic and social benefits.
