The gold mine is subjected to mining rights with a period of validity expiring in January 2017 and an area of 3.8 square km. Licensing is essentially completed such as for the mining license and gold mining work safety license. Infrastructure in the mine is relatively available, with the construction and use of a tailings pond, crushing platform, lab and a staff dormitory all having been accomplished. The total resource reserves of the mine are up to 25 t. Cooperation is envisioned as either whole transfer or partial equity transfer.
