1.1 You may not post or advertise any project or property without the authority to do so granted by federal, state, or local law and relevant private entities in any jurisdiction. www.AsiaPacificMiningFinance.com (the “Site”) is an international networking portal and respects the legal requirements of operating in many diverse nations. Site Users are responsible for ensuring that their activity on the Site and posted content is not prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.

 

1.2 Misrepresentations in Project Listings by Users can lead to disciplinary action on the part of www.AsiaPacificMiningFinance.com. This may include but is not limited to removing the project from the Site, terminating the Member account, or alerting affiliates to the issue.

 

1.3 Project Lister’s Email Address will be the official method of communication with the member. All communications sent to the Email Address shall be deemed to have been sent to and received by Member on the date of sending. All communications sent from the Email Address shall be deemed to have been sent with Member’s full authorization.  If Member designates another email address in any Order, communications sent to that other email address will have the same effect as the communications sent to the Member’s Email Address.

 

1.4 www.AsiaPacificMiningFinance.com, in its sole and exclusive discretion, reserves the right to impose additional restrictions and prohibitions related to project listings.
